1. Payment and Agreement
By booking services with utopialux.com, you agree to abide by the following refund policy and dispute resolution process. Once you have received the services, you acknowledge that refunds will not be granted except under specific circumstances outlined herein.
2. No-Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your limo service, it must be done within 12 hours of pickup time for a full refund. Within 8 hours of pickup time, you’ll qualify for a partial refund, and within 5 hours no refund will be given. If you’re emailing to cancel, note that Utopia Luxury Limo only monitors emails Monday – Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm. 3. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding a transaction, customers agree to the following dispute resolution process:
- a. Initial Contact: If you believe there is a valid dispute, you must contact utopialux.com within 7 days of receiving the services to outline your concerns. You can reach us at info@utopialux.com or +1 (213) 924-3311.
- b. Detailed Explanation: Provide a detailed explanation of your dispute, including any evidence or documentation supporting your claim.
- c. Review Period: utopialux.com will review your dispute within 30 days of receiving your initial contact and documentation.
- d. Arbitration: If utopialux.com determines that the dispute is valid and warrants further investigation, both parties agree to engage in a third-party arbitration process. All arbitration costs will be borne by the customer.
- e. Arbitration Decision: The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding on both parties, and any resulting refunds will be at the sole discretion of utopialux.com, based on the arbitrator’s recommendation.
4. Exceptions to No-Refund Policy
utopialux.com may consider exceptions to the no-refund policy in cases of proven fraud, unauthorized charges, or gross misconduct by utopialux.com. Such exceptions will be determined at the sole discretion of utopialux.com management.
5. Governing Law
This refund policy and dispute resolution process are governed by the laws of United States.
6. Changes to the Policy
utopialux.com reserves the right to modify or amend this refund policy and dispute resolution process at any time without prior notice.

6. Terms for Hourly Booking
Hourly based trips will be billed garage to garage. Your quote is based on the anticipated usage for this trip. The three-hour minimum is NOT A FINAL QUOTE for this service. It merely states that this trip is being charged by the hour.
